Clearwater Was Amazing!

It's been crazy since we've been back from vacation!  I've been going to physical therapy for my hip and leg pain. (It's not doing anything for the pain.)  I got back tomorrow for my 4th visit.  I have to satisfy the insurance company doing all I can do so they'll pay for my MRI.

This is Clearwater, FL.  It was a beautiful place.  They had a Tiki Bar there called Tommy's Tiki Bar.  You could get food and beverages.  You just sat on your beach chair near Tommy's and they came to wait on you and bring you what you Ordered.  So we could watch the waves and eat.  We also listened to live music until 10 p.m.

Sunset was about 8 p/m. and you could listen to the waves and the musician. It was a wonderful paradise for a few days.

Here's one of the cards for Hope You Can Cling To challenges on Splitcoast.  This challenge was to show hugging.  Aren't these two mice just darling?

 This challenge was to take a stamp and turn it and stamp with the wrong side.  As soon as I stamped this circle from the Open Sea set, I immediately decided to make it a Tootsie Roll Pop.  Of course the sucker always had the owl with it on the commercials, so I included the owl with his own own sucker.

The verse today is Matthew 6:2-4  We're told to be humble when we give or do anything else for people.  God sees our actions, His approval is all we need.  It's funny, most of my life I've looked for approval from my Dad, Mom, Teachers, and Friends.  As we get older it's clearer who I serve and who I look to for approval.

Blessing of the Day: We had Bible Study with Chuck and Maryanne tonight.  I love the way that we can catch up then go right into our study.  Right now we're going to start 2 Thessalonians.
