"Oh man. If aquariums are cat tv, then hermit crabs are definitely dog tv. Sam sat very patiently and quietly while one of them came out of its little hut and crawled around; now that it's gone back into the hut, Sam won't stop whining because he can't see his little buddy."
Phoebe on the other hand could smell something in the aquarium, but wasn't interested at all in Rachel's hermit crabs. One of Rachel's hermit crabs has changed shells several times in the last 30 minutes. It was pretty interesting to see.
I saw this on FB and loved the beautiful picture of the cat with blue eyes. I do wish I could speak to my dad. It's been 32 years since he's been gone. I often wonder what life would be like to day if he was still here. I'd have loved to have seen him be a grandfather. Oh my, with his antics, they would be entertained for a long time. I know he'd have loved holding the babies and playing with the toddlers. So much was lost to my kid's generation since they weren't privledged to know my Dad. Grandpa Bill would have made a wonderful difference in so many lives. However, God called him home and God is God and I am not. His timing is perfect. I have to trust in God's timing, not my own.
Here's little Adam sleeping. Poor guy is teething and doesn't want to eat. I remember this stage of life. Hang in there Bekah, by the time you get used to a 'stage', it changes. LOL You have to be flexible in lifestyle cuz kids will change your plans, your life.
I found this on FB and thought I'd share. I'm going to try this when it gets warm around here. It SNOWED here in Ohio today!
Take a look at the local news station's video of snow in our area today, May 15, 2016.
This is the card I made today for the featured stamper challenge.
Isn't it amazing how God puts things in our path that He knows we need to see and read? On vacation I didn't do well getting quiet time in every day. I'm hoping to get back to that routine now that I'm home. I am continuing to pray for my sister Patty and my brother-in-law Allen and their boys. Allen's dad died Saturday morning. He was at home with Patty and Allen who were taking care of him in his last week or so. I'll be sending this to them this week.
This is a new song by News Boys called, Crazy. See what you think. I always like to listen to the music then think about the lyrics. How do they apply to me; a child of God.
Blessing of the Day:
Today I had a very bad headache that Excedrin couldn't touch. I decided to sleep it off. It worked, I woke up a few hours later and it was gone.
I also got to stamp a card today! Woo-hoo!
Thank you for stopping by.
Blessings,
