Today I made a card which became a triple challenge on SCS. The wet watercolor technique was used on the Wild Rose strips which were done with celery/artichoke and pretty in pink/pixie pink inks. The layout was another challenge this week on SCS. The background is artichoke cheesecloth and french script in passion pink. I used perfect layers to edge the strips and the square in the center. Roses in winter is a retiring stamp set and that fit another challenge for the week. I really like the colors of the center rose. Pretty in pink is the bottom flower, then pixie pink, then passion pink. It looks so bold in real life. I'm counting the days until summer vacation. Oh, Hope, it's 3 more days!!!
This is a place where I can share my love of family, stamping and the Lord.

WOW, this is GORGEOUS!! You did an amazing job on this card. I think it may just inspire me to pull out my Roses in Winter set again before it retires for good. I definitely won't be getting rid of it, though... those roses are too valuable! Great job on this!!
