This card was made by stamping with black ink onto watercolor paper and coloring with an aqua painter and water color crayons. The edges were edged in gold ink. I use a ruler to draw the line straight. It works most of the time.
I really enjoy that it will soon be Thanksgiving; a time to be thankful for so many things. Last Friday we made over 100 cards that will be going to shut-ins, and widows and widowers in our church. It is just a wonderful feeling knowing that many people are being blessed by the card they receive.
I have to tell you that we too are being blessed to make those cards.
It is with such gratitude that I continue to work in this ministry with my Sweet Sarah. It is wonderful to spend time together and be creative too. She has such an artist's sense about things and is a good resource for suggestions. Have you ever seen a pre-teen who didn't have suggestions? LOL
May God continue to hold you near and continue to be your guiding light.
Blessings,
Sue
