This card I experimented using the new color spray. This was silver which is behind the bird. I used too much but will get the hang of this after a few more tries I hope! This was also the sketch challenge for today so I got to use my new stamps in a challenge. I like how the white ribbon has silver edges.
On this card, I stamped a border, sponged it in razzleberry then added the stamped hummingbird. I like how it turned out. I usually have difficulty making cards the first time I use a new set. Not this time, this is going to be a keeper for sure! Tomorrow we have friends visiting for lunch. Sarah has track practice and Ben and I have to shop for some things. Saturday he's having 5 guys over. How much food will 5 guys eat? Probably my weekly grocery budget! LOL
Thanks for stopping by to chek on how wer'e doing. I've got to tell you that today for the first time in forever, I was walking WITHOUT pain! I'm not sure why that is, but it means something is working. I just have to figure out WHAT I'm doing that's working! LOL
I have to share that I learned something over the weekend and didn't share it yet. I learned by trial and error and by the grace of God, to change the size of the You-Tube videos so they fit the size of my blog page. Isn't that cool? Always learning, is what I love to do. That must be the teacher in me huh?
Enjoy the rest of your day.
Blessings,

That stamp set is beautiful with the roses! I don't normally like to color in after stamping, but I might have to give this one a try!
Hello Sue, I think the bird nest with the eggs is just about as awesome as awesome gets! LOL
I have been looking for hummingbirds this year, but so far I haven't seen any. I want to watch for the nests and where they hide them. Hopefully when fall comes I can get one of their nests, to save. I have never seen one up close.
