Today was a laid back day for me. Yesterday we did some major sorting of things that were stored on shelves in the basement. You know how it goes, each year things sit around and each year you get rid of a little bit more. Anyway, we did that with the kids and by the time we were through I was so sore I had to ice my hip. Something's going on with my one hop and I have to have it looked at again. sigh............... I have had fun this weekend making all kinds of things. Check it out.
I stamped in stazon ink then colored the flowers and leaves with blushing brinde and wasabi markers. I used versa mark all over the flowers and added iridescent ice and heat embossed it. I stamped the flower border in black on the twitterpatted paper. I used the small label die cut and stamped Happy Anniversary and then two hearts from Simply Said which is retired.
This was stamped with a stamp from Stamp Cabana. It is an old stamp that was given to me. I colored the flowers with copic markers. I embossed the heart paper and the flower paper. The heart panel is raised using dimensionals. I added concord ribbon then the thinking of you using the scallop oval punch. Dazzling details are on the little single dots on the white embossed paper.
This was made for the VSN challenge this weekend where you had to list the things you used that would spell SPRING.
This cute bunny is made entirely from punches. Check out Dawn's blog for the cute basket and bunny directions.

I had so much fun making this basket. It is the second one I did. The first was pink and didn't have embossing. I love, love, love the embossing.
S-silver brads
P-punches
R-rabbit, ribbon
I-ink-white
N-Nestability
G-glue dots
What a fun challenge!

This was the first bunny basket I made following Dawn's video. I also made the bunny cards she showed tool. I am going to make some kits of these for friend's kids and grandkids.
This card was the result of Saturdays inspiration challenge.  The hand painted fans were incredible.  I stamped this with black ink.  Then I colored it with copic markers.  Next I embossed the white cardstock and the designer paper.  I added yellow stickles to the flower middles.  The color behind the white is turquoise.

I'm glad I've gotten to play and relax this weekend.  I hope you've been able to have fun too.  I have a prayer request too.  Our neighbors had the ambulance come to their house tonight.  We don't know what happened but we think the dad went into the ambulance.  I've prayed for him and the kids at home.
Next Friday I'll be going to the Chonda Pierce and Natalie Grant night at our Church.  Here's a Natalie Grant song to help me get ready for Friday.  It's called To Find My Strength.
Thanks for stopping by today.  May You see how worthy you are of God's love.  May you know HE loves you unconditionally.
Blessings,
