Really? A Riot Because Your Candidate Didn't Win?

I didn't realize this about Mike Pence.  I guess I never really wondered about him. I'm so glad that he is a part of the people who will help govern us.

143 short days until we open the 2017 season in Texas.

This would have been great to publish yesterday. I can't believe all of the people who wanted Clinton to win and how the acted when she didn't. Riots? really.....A Yale professor told his students that they didn't have to take Wednesday's test, he could average a score for them.  What in the world is happening to the youth in this generation?  I didn't like when Obama won 8 years ago and again 4 years ago.  I was sad, but not going off the deep end because of it.  Someone wins the election and someone loses the election.  That's just the way it is.
It's too bad Hillary supporters didn't take the defeat the way Clinton did.  I know she was very upset but she knew she had to act like an adult, and accept what the public decided.
These young people need to grow up and stop being so juvenile.  You can't riot because you didn't get your way.

This is the card I made for the color challenge this week.  The colors were soft sky, pacific point and eggplant envy. I like how this turned out with the light sponging from the center to the dark on the edges.

This is a video from Stampin' Up showing different ways to package gifts for any occasion.

I know I've shared this recently, but I thought today was the perfect day to share it again.  No matter who wins this election, God is still the Kind of the World and sits on the throne.  I am so thankful for that.  How about you?

Blessing of the Day: I worked at school today and got to come home early.
Thank you for checking my blog out.
Blessings,

Oh, Sue, what a great post. Yes, I especially love the song by Natalie Grant that God is THE King of the world, and I praise God for that! No matter the outcome, and I was pleased with it for so many reasons, our God reigns. And I continue to pray for our leaders and am so glad to see a true man of God who is our VP-Elect. May God be glorified. I love your card for this week's color challenge, and what a beautiful star! Hugs!
