The paper was perfect to us to make Valentine's Day cards.

I paired this paper with a new stamp set from the Spring Mini Catalog called, Hugs For Love. This set uses the To The Point Punch for that cool shape that the sentiment is on.

This was also paired with Adoring Hearts Hybrid Embossing Folder. You know how I like hybrid embossing folders.

The designer paper is the star here with a strip of gold paper, a sentiment and of course the hearts that were cut and embossed at the same time with the hybrid embossing folder.

The thing I like about this stamp set is, it isn't a mushy Valentine set just for your special someone. It can be used for friends, acquaintances, very special people in your life and even people you don't know. I will be making some Valentine cards for Southwest General Hospital using this stamp set. I don't know who the cards will go to but I always pray that they will be blessed when they receive their card with their dinner tray.

The second card is similar with the use of the stamps, hybrid folder and punch. I turned it horizontally and added a gold strip at the top and bottom of the card.

The third card is similar to the first card however, I changed the size of the designer series paper. I added the gold strip, but tore the white paper to give my card texture. I also added a small scrap to the side of the white paper.

You know receiving a card can really make someone's day. I'm going to try to send more to people I know as well as continue to make them for Southwest General Hospital and Broadview Multi-Care Facility in Parma.
