Hey Everybody,
Stampin' Up's new annual catalog arrives May 1st. That is exciting. With every new catalog come price increases. That's not exciting but a reality unfortunately. I've included information from Stampin' Up as well as my recap. I'm not sure about 8 1/2" x11" basic white thick cardstock so I left it blank. I'm not sure if it will be offered or not. I'll let you know when I find out.
Blessings,
Sue
WHY?
Over the years, Stampin’ Up! has worked diligently to manage rising costs while balancing high-quality standards and remaining competitive in the market. The costs for raw materials and production have continued to climb, and only a select few mills around the world are qualified to produce our heavyweight, dyed-through cardstock, ensuring it meets our color and quality standards.
Recap:
ALL cardstock will go up in price starting May 1st with the new upcoming catalog. This year, there will be a significant price increase on all cardstock—an average of $2.50 per pack and the regular Basic White and Very Vanilla will only be 24 sheets per pack instead of 40 sheets, which is an even more significant increase in price. The thick white will only be offered in the 12 x 12 so if you like the 8 ½ x 11" thick, now is the time to stock up.
