Hey Everybody,
Here's another inspiration challenge card. The challenge can be found here. Here is the inspiration for my card.
I stamped the flowers starting at the bottom with the polished pink flowers. Next I stamped the highland heather in the middle. The last one was the gorgeous grape in the corner. I stamped the leaves in granny apple green. Lastly, I added the sentiment. This will go on a dinner tray at a local hospital.

Here is what the stamp set looks like that I used. This is one of my favorite retired sets that is so easy to use.
Here is a stamp set that is great with line images to color. I was asked to join the color challenge group for the month of September. Here is a card I made for one of the color combinations.
Our color challenge was to use pool party, early espresso and crumb cake with any color for a 4th color. I chose crushed curry.
I stamped in memento tuxedo black ink then colored with Copic Markers. I added early espresso behind the image panel then added that to a pool party layer. The pool party layer was added to an early espresso card base. I stamped the sentiment in early espresso and added low profile dots. This will go on a dinner tray at a local hospital.

Two opposites as far as images. one provides full coverage with ink and the other is outlined waiting to be colored.
I colored with Copic Markers, which are one of my favorite ways to color images. I like using other media, but that is my go to.
I use colored pencil, watercolor pencils, and some watercolor coloring.
Do you have a preferred way of coloring images? What other tools do you have that you don't use as often? I've been trying to do a bit more water coloring but it is still difficult to do. I try to find videos that help me learn how to color better with different tools.
See what line drawing stamps you have. What will you color them with?
Thanks for stopping by today.
I hope to see you again soon.
Blessings,
Sue
