Praise or Bag It?

I came across the pattern for this cute gift bag in Tasher's gallery, complete with directions. I've changed it by using double-sided paper. However, I think it's a cute, and easy bag to make. I watercolored the pictures with watercolor crayons and aquapainter. They were mounted on black paper to make them stand out. I put a brad between them and added ribbon handles and top and bottom pieces. The saying is on a dimensional. I want to thank Tasher's for her awesome directions.
You know as I was reading in Job this morning, I was shown again that he gave thanks to God even when he'd lost everything. That hit me between the eyes with the medical issue I've been dealing with. Never once did I thank God for it. This morning I did that. Perhaps this medical issue will save my life and give me a fuller and healthier life in the long run, who knows? Anyway, I'm praising God for my medical issue and encourage each of you to praise God for whatever He brings your way.
This reminds me of Casting Crown's song, Praise You In The Storm. Thank You Lord for reawakening me to Your love and mercy.

I love this bag and so glad you provided the link. Great article you wrote. I've seen time and time again where God has used physical calamities for wonderful blessings. I've had chronic migraines since age 12, two mid term miscarriages and severe food allergies, but God is SO good and I would not ask for anything different in my life. Praising God with you, and FOR you.
