Textured Box and Comfort Tea
This is a box I created using my Cuttlebug and baroque stamps. I wanted to see if I could make a textured box using my Cuttlebug. I had to fold this to get it through the Cuttlebug but it worked. I put it through several times to get all of the sides embossed. Then I used my baroque stamps and stamped on top of the designs. It was neat to see how the stamped images looked, depending on the embossing from the Bug. Then I punched holes in the top corners and put ribbon through them to hold the box together. I added the eyelets and turtle.
This will hold tea for a friend. While I was making this I wondered why I hadn't ever thought to add this type of texture to a box I'd made. I know it was a God given thought to do it. :-) I thought of the tea that is in the box and the comfort it brings to me when I sip a hot cup of it. It led me to think of the comfort God gives me when I need it, whether I ask for it or not. He's always there no matter what I've done, no matter where I am in my walk, no matter how far I feel from Him. Isn't that an amazing kind of love to have? No where on earth can you find that kind of love. We try searching and searching on earth for it, yet it's available through God anytime, anywhere. If you don't have God as your Lord and Savior, and want Him to be, let me know and I can introduce you to the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, My Savior.
Bless you today and always.

This is a very cool idea. I'll have to try this.
What a great box... love the stamped images on the dry embossing. TFS!
