Heart's Speak

This is a card I made for the color challenge today using Blue Bayou, River Rock and Choc. chip. I wanted a soft look around the main image. You know when I made this I was thinking of giving it to an 18 year old who will be having gall bladder surgery Friday. I wanted to remind her that when we pray to God and tell him our heart's desire, he listens. He will give us what's best for us, even if it's not what we prayed for. So no matter what, she'll get the BEST from God. The sad thing is we don't give God the BEST of us. At least I don't. Seems there's always an excuse about one thing or another as far as giving my Best. In spite of that, he loves me because of who he is, not because of what I am, but in spite of what I am. Isn't that amazing? Unconditional love....no matter what we do when we are a child of God's, we're his forever! Now that's AMAZING GRACE isn't it? Well I hope you like the card for today.
