Popcorn Friend, True Friend

Well here it is 10:30 at night and I am posting my SCS popcorn slider. I've been in and out to watch the Indians/Red Sox game. I had to get away from it for a while since I was getting too stressed. LOL
I had fun making this popcorn holder using my new set, True Friend. The name of the set got me to thinking about my best friend in the world. She lost her sister to cancer two years ago, next week. She has gone through so much with her family in the last few years. Two months after her sister died, her parents were in a car accident and her mom needed lots of stitches in her head because she wasn't wearing a seat belt. Anyway during routine tests at the hospital they found out her mom had breast cancer. So her mom started on chemotherapy just 3 months after her daughter died of lung cancer...............My friend had to be with her mom every day and her mom cried thinking why was she still here and her daughter was gone? My friend is a strong Christian and with God's help and the people He put around her, she got through all of the bad stuff. I'm wondering if you have a best friend. Maybe now is the time to tell them how much they mean to you. Maybe today is the day to send a card so they know you are thinking about them. Send it just because...........isn't it fun to surprise people with cards, Just Because? Do it today and see the results of your actions in how you feel and how they feel when they get the card and call to tell you!
