These are some of the fun cards I've made since I've had some days off. I am truly enjoying my time off. Hope wanted me to post some things so she could see what I've been up to. Gotta go work on some gifts for the holidays.
I had fun making this little box. The directions are on Splitcoast's main page. It was originally supposed to be a photo cube, but I made it into a gift box. The ribbon around the top wraps around the top of the box so it can easily be opened without disrupting the bow. I love those little Rubber Stamper Tapestry stamps. You get a sample of what your wreath or image should look like. You use the small stamps and put together a beautiful creation. I like these little things. They are on wooded rods of different thicknesses. It's a fun way to stamp. It's something a little bit different to use.
We are getting our basement ready to be finished after the holidays. So today we started to move things and go through things so it will be easy for the builder. It's a good thing to do now and then. It's amazing how much stuff ends up on a shelf and forgotten. We said if it's never been moved since we moved in seven years ago, it can be tossed out. We got a lot done today but lots more to do in the coming weeks. We wanted to start now because weekends fill up as we get closer to the holidays. Then you have the fun jobs of decorating the house for the holidays too. So, we'll take it little by little and do what we can do.
I am sore and tired tonight and just need to rest. I'm going to try reading or stamping. I need to finish my Christmas cards too.

Great gift box! That alone is the present! I really like the cards you made too. The "blessed" is my favorite because I love the colors and how you framed it when the tapestry stamps.
Good luck with the basement, been there and glad that job is over!
