I can't believe that in a week we'll be celebrating Thanksgiving! Whew, where has this year gone? It seems like just yesterday we were starting a new year, then starting Spring break, then Summer vacation, then school, Halloween, and now Thanksgiving. I am looking forward to the end of this school year then I'll have summer vacation again. This past month we had a screened in porch put onto our deck. We've had a deck but wanted to make it more usable so we screened it in. Can't wait for warm weather again so we can use it.
Anyway, here are a few cards that will go into the mail next week to be delivered to a friend or family member to let them know I"m thinking of them.
My DS was home two days in a row and today I actually felt like making cards. Yesterday I was so tired it was hard to put one foot in front of the other. Anyway I love the traditional red and green card to which I added silver. This looks great in person. The other card praying for you was fun to make. I don't usually use Green Galore but today challenged myself to do that. I crimped the green side then stamped on it with the floral bg. I edged everything in silver pen which helped it to stand out a bit more.
My DS got medicine at the doctor's for an ear infection, not strep. We were both shocked that he had an ear infection. He had none of the symptoms............It's interesting to see the pink stuff in the bottle in the fridge again. It's been years since we've had an infection.
Take time for your loved ones, for you and for God. Until we meet again.

Sue, your cards are all wonderful! I love the silver edging on the "praying for you. It really is a great accent and the crimping...who knew it would make it have that great of an effect! I really like it. I like all of them You were just on your game!
