Home Again, Home Again, Jiggity, Jig

I was home today to go to the doctor's. I had some time to make some more Christmas cards. This was done for Color Challenge 143 today. You had to use sun, olive and celery. I got this cute little penguin from High Hopes Stamps yesterday and was dying to use him. So here he is with three wreaths. I used the scalloped punch and used a 3/4" punch for the middle area. I used a stamp-a-ma-jig to stamp the letters in the wreaths. I traced the circles first, stamped the letter, erased the pencil mark then put the wreath on top of the letter. It wreaths were stamped with pine and run through the cuttlebug with the same pattern as the rest of the card. I added clear stickles as the berries on the wreath. Silver cord was added for wreath bows. I like how this cute little guy turned out. Now I just have to decide who to send it to! LOL

So this cute little guy came from High Hopes Stamps. I masked them to get them side by side. I originally was going to do the color challenge with this until I added pomegranate! I love how it looks with these colors so I left it and did something else for the color challenge this week. These guys are colored with markers and my blender pen for the pomegranate. I put both background papers into the cuttlebug like they are now. That's how they match so well with the snowflake patterns.
I used clear stickles glitter on the hats and bows of these little guys.

This is a 3x4" card with the wreath off to the side a bit. I liked the colors of this week's color challenge and added pomegranate to it. I used the scalloped punch and the 3/4" punch to make the wreath. I stamped it with pine and berries.

This is the inside of the 3x4" card. I just love this little baby with the lamb from High Hopes Stamps. I used itty bitty backgrounds for the inside as well as watercolor wonder crayons. Liquid applique heated is what I used to give the lamb texture. The word window punch was used for words.
I bought some new God stamps today. Hobby Lobby had them 50% off! I look for things like this for the Card Ministry cards we make. I am in the process of pulling together ideas for next week's card making.
Sometimes I wonder too, if I don't need a little reminder now and then about God loving me. Isn't it so easy to listen to Satan put you down and make you doubt sometimes. He sure knows when to strike doesn't he? Well I may just stamp myself with this God Loves You saying, so I will NEVER doubt it again! How about you?
I have an update on my friend with breast cancer. She broke another rib bone by sneezing. The cancer is so advanced it's breaking bones...........so sad. Please pray for Lynn and her family. Sadly her birthday is Saturday. She will be 57.....that's the same age my dad died of cancer years ago.........oh such sadness........

I thoroughly enjoyed your cards, especially the lamb and baby from High Hopes. I love the lamb's "wooly" texture.

I'll be praying for Lynn and her family. How heartbreaking. I will pray for His peace and comfort for each one of them. Thank you for sharing.
