I heard there is a Family Fun Night Fundraiser for a family who lost their daughter after a three-year battle with cancer. The family has been devastated by the loss of their daughter and now find themselves so in debt, they'll never get out.....I can't image living with the loss of a child, let alone the loss of everything else. Anyway, I decided that I could make a few baskets to help with the fundraising. So here are two baskets I put together and will deliver to the school Tuesday. God has been so good to me that I can't help but give back, ya know? We're commanded to help others. Can't turn my back on someone in need like this.
Our Basement is finished!-The refinishing that is.........Monday the carpet guy is coming to measure the carpet. It's slowly coming together. I can't wait to move things back into this to see how livable it becomes. We used to have an L shaped staircase. Now with the steps coming straight down, we have more usable space in the basement. I'm thanking God for his blessings right now. This is going to be a nice get away.
