We're Getting There! Basement is ALMOST Done!

So little by little we're getting this basement finished. The closet doors are on, the wallpaper in the basement is done. We have to still do the stairway to the basement with wallpaper. I asked if we could get the basement put back together before finishing the wallpaper on the stairs. With the very cold and wet weather we've had lately, the kids were going crazy without something to do to burn off energy. So my DH got furniture out and we put together our side of the basement which has the tv, sitting area, and exercise equipment. The kid's side has their games and fun things to do. We have storage shelves on the other side of the basement which aren't seen by the average person coming to the basement, so the kids have toys etc there on shelves that they can bring out to use then put away. I love this part of our basement; we don't have to look at all the stuff on the shelves! I thank God for helping this to happen and thank my DH who has worked since the builders left to get our basement usable again. Off to work on Easter Cards for Card Ministry.
