Petals and Paisley Paper

The challenge today on Splitcoast was to make a flap card. This was a quick, easy card to make.
I am on vacation this week from school/work so I can play a little bit more than usual. My kids are also home and we are busy going here and there but I am finding time to stamp. I almost turned this into a purse, but Sarah says I always turn things into purses! So when I began this I was determined NOT to make a purse! This is Petals and Paisley Paper from SU I had lots left so I started to use it for challenges and cards this week.
I like stamping on design paper. I used the coluzzle and cut a smaller half-circle to fit onto the flap. I like how this turned out.

The second card is a round box card. You cut a circle then draw lines vertical and horizontal, cut a bit and fold and there you have a small box to put things into. I"m going to have to check what size cards/envys will fit into this. I used a big bowl for the shape. This reminds me kind of a fry box kind of. It's not as open or fat as a fry box though.
Hope you've enjoyed your visit today. Do you know that God is there when you need him? I am so glad He's my God and available 24-7. No one else in my life fits that description. Praying that you'll have a personal relationship with Jesus before you leave this earth.
Hugs and Prayers coming your way.
