Bensarmom and the Terrible, Horrible, No Go, Very Bad Day

Have you ever had one of those days where you wondered why you got up and came to work? Well that was my kind of day today. Interestingly enough I had prayed to let God use me at work and to specifically bring Him to work and work for Him today. About an hour into my day it all began and didn't let up until about 10 hours later. I went to my therapy room and took out some stamps and began to self-medicate the best way I know how outside of praying.
Here's what I came up with. They are butterfly garden seeds for my assistant and boss.

I also received such a gift this afternoon when I got home. I had called my 11 year old DD to tell her I'd be a bit late and that I'd had a horrible day and didn't even want to talk about it to re-live it. She said okay, and hung up. Well when I got home, there on the counter was a cute envelope and smile face eraser. The envelope told me she hoped that the note inside would encourage me. Inside was her cute note telling me she was sorry I had a bad day. She loved me and had a Bible verse in side too...............I know once again I can see I am truly blessed! Thank you God for your mercy and grace and love. I couldn't do it without you.
