This was a challenge to myself to use gray on a card. I cuttlebugged the image after it was colored using bashful blue, bordering blue, celery, artichoke, mustard, yo yo yellow, saffron. The ribbon is attached by punching a butterfly shape out and attaching the ribbon. The image was watercolored with a blender pen and ink.
Today I was home for a doctor appt. for my foot. I had something more than a sliver in the bottom and couldn't get to it. It was painful to walk. This morning after my shower I noticed it wasn't painful. I got to the doctor's office and she cleaned it and said there didn't appear to be anything left but small remnants of whatever it was. So I was good to go. That was a relief because I thought I'd be limping after she dug whatever it was, out.
I had some time to stamp today too. Have you ever had one of those days though where you felt so tired you could hardly keep your eyes open? That's the kind of day I had. I had lots of errands to do and all I wanted to do was sleep.
I made two cards today with flowers of course.
This is my Flourishes Iris again....I love iris can you tell? I watercolored the flower on watercolor paper and used my copic marker for the sky. The words are a clear sticker that was punched out and put on celery card stock. Dotted swiss background from cuttlebug was used.
Thanks for stopping by today.
May God richly bless you.
This is a place where I can share my love of family, stamping and the Lord.
