Happy Mother's Day 2008

I got some stamping done yesterday. Some of it was to finish the cards for Card Ministry. The others were gifts for people.
Here is one of the gifts I've been working on. This is a box that holds 4 cards and envelopes.
The envelopes don't have a saying on them so they can be used for anything.

This is my sweet, sweet cat Annabelle. She's constantly on my bed sleeping. She is my nighttime companion as well. She snuggles in right next to me then little by little turns so she gets more and more of my side of the bed. Often I need to turn her around again so I have some room to sleep.


I was allowed to sleep in this morning. We took our annual trip to Maria's Garden Center to buy some perennials for our garden. Our two kids also get plants for their garden. It is a cool, rainy day so I'm not sure if we're going to get the plants in the ground today or not.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Mother's Day. You don't have to be a mother to enjoy it ya know. Celebrate your mom whether she's here or not. Without her, you wouldn't be here.
