Card Ministry-What a Blessing

Tonight was our Card Ministry at church. We had 8 people stamping cards which was fun.
This is one of the cards I did for Card Ministry this month. This card will be going to shut-ins in our church family. Thomas Kinkade in hunter green with a yellow frame and black eyelets.
This is a GUY card for the card ministry. It is a simple card, but fun to make. Inside it says, many thanks.

This is a Thinking of You card that our Card Ministry ladies made tonight. They loved the brads for the hubcaps. I love this background stamp. We watercolored the truck and experimented with different tools to do that. We used, blender pen, watercolor pencils, aqua painter and watercolor pencils, and markers with an aqua painter or blender pen. The ladies were interested in the differences in using these tools.

These are thank you cards that are one of my favs for this month's cards. Floral background used on the 1 1/2" strip, with the scallop punch flower on top. The white circle is stamped in lilac and embossed with artichoke craft ink and clear ep. The flower has small holes punched in the edges of the petals. I did them in alternate colors and liked both of them.

This is a card the ladies at Card Ministry did for a make and take. My up-line designed it and I demonstrated it tonight. The ladies did a great job with this as their last card of the night.

So it's been a wonderful night blessed with ladies talking, laughing and serving others. They have become a blessing to me and I know those that get the cards are blessed as well. There's so much more we get when we serve others. It's a wonderful feeling to be able to help others.
Bless you for stopping by. I hope you can bless someone by doing something for them.
