I am preparing for a workshop using punches.
This is for Saturday's Inspiration Challenge. I went with the circles I saw and used a cupcake instead of a cake. The cupcake is made with the scallop punch on top and the Round Tab punch for the bottom. The bottom punch was run through the crimper to make it appear like a real cupcake paper. The scallop punch piece was folded in half and trimmed a bit. I used the Double circle punch for the confetti on the cupcake. I added sparkles by using my sakura gel pen. The choc chip wheel with choc chip was used on the Loves me design paper. I used the scallop punch for the corners. It was cut into fourths. The ticket punch was used for the corners by the image. The image panel is mounted on dimensionals.

We had a beautiful day here in Ohio. A comfortable temperature with a breeze. DH was trimming bushes and found a hornet's nest in the front yard. He got tagged by one and is very lucky he didn't get more since he was trimming and didn't know the nest was there. A trip to the store is in order to reclaim our bush. :-)
We have just also found some wasps in our soffet that was part of our screened in porch addition last fall..........those bugs sure do love us!
My MIL will have heart surgery tomorrow. I'm praying that it goes well for her. It's been a long road to get her here.
Thanks for visiting. All this talking about cupcakes makes me want one...........Maybe I can get my DD to help me make some!
Blessings,
