I've Been Stamping Again!

This was made for TLC182 challenge. Isn't this the cutest box? Instead of candy, I filled mine with tea bags. You can't see it, but the tea bag has a flower very much like the one on front of the box. :-)
I altered by box a bit so that the lid can come off and on to put goodies in and out. I used to large white eyelets and put brown ribbon through it. The scalloped edge was 1" by 8 1/4" then I used the scallop punch. Then the paper was attached to the pretty in pink paper at the top and bottom of the box. I used the scallop circle punch then the 5 petal punch to make the flower on the front. A 1/2" circle in design paper then a pearl from the pretties kit was used.

This is a picture of the box without the lid so you can see how I used the jumbo eyelets and allowed the top to come off the box without untying the ribbon. The flower on the front matches the flower on the tea bag.

This is for LSC181 where you had to make a snowman. I wanted to do something to challenge myself even more. I challenged myself to use many of the new colors and a background color that is NOT typical snowman colors. I also made some things on the snowmen different. See if you can find the things that are different on the snowmen.
The snowmen are colored with a blender pen and ink from inkpads. Stickles was used for sparkle and snowflakes were punched out and added with glue dots.

This is for LSC181 where you had to make a snowman. I made one from snowflakes. Once the snowflakes were stamped, I drew a circle around them and cut them out. Then I layered them using dimensionals. I added the hat which I made using vanilla paper that was colored with black marker. I added snowflakes with stickles for centers. I had to laugh when I looked at this snowman's face. He was meant to look cute or happy or sweet. Instead the lines of the snowflake make him look mad! LOL Maybe someone hit him with a snowball and he's retaliating!

This is my box to hold 3x3 cards. I used Spring Song for the image and colored the image with a blender pen and ink from lids of ink pads. I used the new colors on this. The Kiwi strip of paper is scalloped as well and have white dots. The image is mounted with dimensionals. Isn't this the prettiest paper? It's one of my favs from the new SU catalog called Bella Rose. I have another package on its way.

One more week and I'll be back to school/work. So I'm trying to get all the challenges and card making that I can do now! Thanks for visiting.
Bless you for stopping by.

I only found 2 things different on the snowmen. From what I can tell in the picture, it appears that their eyes are different colors and I can definitely tell the stripes start with a different color. :D
