Here we are at another Sunday and I'm working on my Simple Woman Daybook.
FOR TODAY... April 29, 2012
Outside my window... ~ It is dark and most of the world is going to sleep.
I'm awake because I am waiting for SCS and their new technique challenge.
I am thinking... ~that the peace of quiet-(my kids used to call it that) is a wonderful thing.
I am thankful for... ~my friends and family for supporting us through this difficult time of losing Tim's mom. I am wearing... ~Jeans, socks and my purple sweater.
I am remembering... ~when my kids were little and the delightful belly laughs they had.
I am going... ~to have a busy week at work.
I am currently reading... ~a good Christian novel but the name escapes me.....typical menopausal moment.
I am hoping...~that my FIL will continue to feel the love and support from family and friends that he needs.
On my mind...~is how Sarah's been so nice and talkative and silly lately.
Pondering these words...~It's time for bed!
In the kitchen...~it is quiet.
Around the house...~all is quiet except the sound of the keys clicking as I tap them.
One of my favorite things ~is going back to sleep and the bed is still warm.
From my picture journal...is a picture of me and the kids Dec. 2011 where you can see how short I am compared to them.
Well it's just about a new day, so I'll get some sleep. Thanks for stopping by.
Blessing from yesterday-God was with us the whole day as we laid mom to rest and had dinner with all 15 of us in a restaurant!
Blessings to you.
This is a place where I can share my love of family, stamping and the Lord.
