Today was another exhausting day. I didn't remember what it was like to be drained by emotions. My MIL is slowly slipping away. It's so hard to watch. The siblings are taking turns being with Dad and Mom in the ICU. It's very draining. This happened so fast that it's almost surreal. Ya know how you hear all of those MIL stories? I never had that kind of relationship with my in-laws. They were always so good to me. Dad's going to be so lost without her. I found a nice quiet song to listen to. See what you think.

I've been really good about not eating sugar but tonight for the first time in a long time, I had the kids bring me a small package of M&M's;comfort food ya know? I eat when stressed.
