We're Done Hope! :)

Well, I got home about 1 today and am officially on summer vacation! I made some cards to give out today.
This first card was made for Kathy our gym teacher.  She is retiring.  I'm jealous but know someday my time will come.  Love poppies and the House Mouse, so put them together and I had to have them.
This card is the front of one and the inside of another.  I made these for both assistants.  We've been dealing with memory issues all year long and laughing our way through. I saw this stamp and knew I had to have it.
This poppy card was made for the sketch challenge on Splitcoast Stampers.  I love doing the challenges there.  I stretch my comfort zone and learn so much by doing them.
Tim is off Tuesday so we will go to my school and move things with the help of the custodian.  I'm hoping if the guys can move things, Sarah and I can unpack while the weather is cool.  I don't want to unpack in the heat of August.  Would you?  We have no air conditioning so it can be brutal in our rooms.
Hope will begin the countdown to our first day of school tomorrow.  However, neither her sister nor I will tell her when we go back to school! LOL  Hope I think it's September 18th. :)

In our family was have a last day of school tradition which we followed tonight.  We celebrate with ice cream drumsticks.  Yum!

I have a first day of vacation tradition as well.  I eat breakfast and have coffee on the patio. Now I have a screened in porch, so that's where it will be tomorrow.
I'll be thinking of you Hope as I sip my coffee listening to the birds sing. You're such a good sport.
I hope you have a wonderful sister week!

Thanks for visiting today.
Blessing from today:Patti and I finished our room, made a sketch of where we want furniture in our new room, and are now on vacation.
