Tim and I like to collect pottery mugs from places we've been. This is the mug I picked out in San Antonio at the artist's village. It is surprisingly light for a pottery mug. It's wonderful to go to the mug cupboard and pick out a mug and relive memories from where the mug was purchased.
Guess where Mama Bear was found this time? She was in the plants I have in the kitchen! Love waiting to see where she will show up next.
Here is her royal highness Annabelle. Since Sarah's not been here she has taken up residence on our bed. She decided that between us is the best place to be. She brings her toys and lots of fur to bed with her. Check out all of the fur on my pillow.
Oops, here she is again. Mama Bear climbed the cupboards and is peeking out from the plants above my cabinets in the kitchen.
Here is the grouping of thank you cards I made last weekend. I wanted a bunch to send to ladies who sent cards to Summit Point for Cards For A Cause on Splitcoast Stampers.
Ahhh, Mama Bear is in the baking dishes! I found her when I got the bread pan out for meatloaf!
With all of the nasty cold, windy and snowy weather we've had her lately, look what God brought me! It's a huge blossom on my Christmas Cactus! Thank you God, this made my day! There are more buds on another plant and a flower on my shamrock plant!
Here's the card I made for today's Technique Lover's Challenge. Joan had us emboss vellum. You had to heat emboss or dry emboss. I did both. The flower on the left was heat embossed for the black, then I put it through the big shot with the decorative dots embossing folder. Then I sponged with strawberry slush. The flower on the right was heat embossed and colored with Copic Markers from the back.
Here is a beautiful song called Oceans Where My Feet May Fail by Hillsong United.
