Poinsettias, Maude and Cats

I stamped with a new friend Wednesday. Here's one of the things we made. It's a poinsettia over a little candle. Isn't this cute? Louise came up with it after watching a video. She has to add green leaves and some silver Stickles to it.

The past two days I've had fun with this Maude image. This is for the Inspiration Challenge for SCS.  Isn't she a hoot?

 Here's the card for Friday's challenge. You were supposed to make a birthday card that was humorous. I think this fits the bill.

 Phoebe was sitting on a chair watching the birds outside. It's like TV for her.

 I took one of the boxes out to look for stamps. I turned around to put it back and Phoebe was in the opening! So, I took one out for Chloe also. They were pretty cute in those spaces.

 The cats are more like dogs in that they follow us around the house. Here Phoebe and Chloe are in our bathroom. Chloe is learning how to drink from the faucet like Phoebe does. I wish I would have gotten a video of this.

 Chloe stared at the beautiful kitty in the mirror. I so wonder what her little brain was thinking at the time.

This is so difficult at times. In order to lead others to Christ, we need to meet people where they are. We don't have to act like them but we have to be 'real' with them. We're not home yet. Oh what a glorious day that will be, when we arrive home.

Blessing of the Day: Tim let me know he was having a difficult time at work and I was able to pray and ask others to pray for him as well.  Satan is working hard to stress Tim out big time. I'm so glad God is the one fighting the battle on our behalf. Praising God for his faithfulness.

Please pray for us as Tim transitions to this job. It affects us both.  Please pray for my Pennsylvania family who have lost a dear wife, mom, sister, just a week ago. The pain they are feeling weighs them down.
