First Shot Done And Not Even Sore

I'm amazed that currently I don't have any pain from the shot I got today.  Thank you God.

I've been able to stamp and do things for my business without side affects.

This card was for the Color Challenge on SCS this week.  Barbara challenged us to use balmy blue, daffodil delight, just jade and magenta madness. The dessert for the challenge was to use flowers.

I stamped the chick with memento tuxedo black. I colored the images with Copic Markers. I used blending brushes to color the sky and grass area. I dry embossed the card base. I stamped my sentiment then added the pearls.

I was trying to find the maker of the stamp. I  thought it might be PSX. I didn't have any luck finding who made the stamp. I love the realistic and detailed look of it.

This its for the Free For All Challenge, on SCS.  Our challenge was to fill the gallery with flowers. I am waiting for this sign of Spring; tulips!
I stamped the image then colored it with Copic Markers. I cut out the image and layered it with cardstock and designer paper.  This is one of my favorite Spring stamps.
This was for the Sketch Challenge this week on SCS.
I stamped then colored the image with Copic Markers.
I cut the image out with the stitched so sweetly dies.I layered the cardbase then added the image panel. I colored the ribbon and glitter dots with Copic B16, then added them to the card. I stamped in Pacific Point, a sentiment from Arrange a Wreath

This card was for The Ways To Use It Challenge on SCS.  Our challenge was to use stencils. The tutorial I used was, Faded Water Stenciling, found here.

I colored the bunny with Copic Markers, and cut him out with labels 11 die. I completed the technique then I added the image and sentiment. I used dimensionals to add the image. I stamped the sentiment.
Well today I got my first shot for COVID. I got the Pfizer vaccine. The pharmacist was very nice. I asked him if this was all part of the Government cover-up to get us all to follow them!  He laughed and said there are people who do believe that.
I started to think this must have been a Twilight Zone episode sometime right? I'm in the Twilight Zone and don't know it yet!

No pain in my arm at all. No other symptoms so far.  Tim gets his shot, Sunday at a different place. We'll see how he does.

I'm getting ready for classes next week. I have to record the videos this weekend so I'm not rushed getting my follow-up  out to the participants.  I have such a great group of ladies who participate each month.

We all can't wait for everyone to get their shots so we can meet again without worrying about COVID.

Verse of The Day: Isaiah 26:8

Blessings of the Day:  I got my COVID shot today. I got there 30 minutes early and since no one else was there, I got in and out in 20 minutes!
Tim has his shot Sunday.
I was able to make some Easter cards.
I planned a stamping time with a friend for tomorrow.
I took books and card kits to a friend.
I had no adverse affects to my shot. I don't even have a sore arm.

Thanks for stopping by.
Blessings,
Bensarmom
