Here's a card using the Zip It Up Dies that has a very feminine neck line. Thanks for sharing this, Dottie.

Faux Glass Dots-Last Chance List

For this card I played around with stamping only in the center of the card. I used Boho blue ink for the bubbles, coastal cabana for the fish and Pretty Peacock for the grasses. The starfish were stamped with Sahara sand full strength, then stamped off once.
The turtle was stamped with soft sea foam and pretty peacock. The turtle was curled a bit with my bone folder then added to the card with dimensionals.
For this card, I mixed coastal cabana and boho blue for the bubbles. Once they were stamped, I used a blending brush with boho blue to fill in the white places.  The sand was made using a piece of torn paper and a blending brush with Sahara Sand ink.
The turtles were made with lemon lime ink and garden green. The turtles were fussy cut and curled with a bone folder. They were added to the card base with dimensionals. I added Paper Glaze to the turtles to make them appear wet.
This card was made by stamping the turtle in pretty peacock, then covering it with a mask so I could stamp the bubbles. The bubbles are stamped with boho blue, coastal cabana and lemon lime twist.  I took off the turtle mask then stamped the turtle with Versamark and added clear embossing powder so he looked wet.
