Featured Stamper Challenge on Splitcoaststampers

The next challenge I did from Splitcoaststampers is the Featured Stamper.  That challenge is found here.

This week's gallery was Andrea. Her gallery is here.

I chose this card that she made to inspire a card of my own.

I put my bird in a solid circle instead of an open one. I have my card portrait instead of landscape. I used dry embossing instead of layering with paint and paper as Andrea did. I used bright, fun colors on my bird similar to Andrea.
The quilt pattern is from a Facebook Page called, Quilt Cards and more. https://www.facebook.com/groups/347261759969829
I found a sentiment with the word day, in it as well.

Now I have a card courtesy of Andrea and her gallery. This is a great way to get ideas for cards.  I use this sometimes if I feel stuck or uninspired in card making.

You can even look at cards you've made and do the same thing. Be inspired by the shapes, colors, layout, stamps, papers or sentiments.  Then make something similar.

Here is a link to my gallery on Splitcoaststampers. Give this idea a try and see what you come up with.  If you're like me, you don't know what you'll come up with and you'll be glad you had some ideas of  what you can put into your next card.
Thanks for taking the time to stop by.
Blessings to you,
Sue
