A Bookmark Card

 Hey Everybody,

Today's challenge is to use leaves. You can find that challenge here

I stamped in cajun craze then used the cajun craze dauber to outline the label on the front and the yellow flower and leaves. I used the early espresso dauber to color the acorn die cut. This card has a book mark attached which is perforated so it can be easily removed. The bookmark has designer series paper on both sides and gold ribbon to match the designer paper. The bunch of leaves and greenery were put together with glue dots. This will go on a patient dinner tray at a local hospital.

I made this card using a video by Karen Titus. Check it out.

Here are some of the supplies I used for this card. Click on the colored words or the image to get more details.

                                                      Label Me Grateful Dies

                                                               Gold Ribbon

                                                               Perforating Tool
These tools are add=ons for the Take Your Pick tool. The wheel in the middle is the perforator, which is what I used so the bookmark would tear off easily from our card.

Streaked Dots

                                                            Gathering Together Designer Series Paper

This is some of the prettiest designer series paper for fall I've ever used.

Well, that's a look at one of my favorite cards. I haven't made a bookmark card in a long time. I hope you like it. I hope you give it a try after watching Karen's video.
Thanks for stopping by.
Blessings,
Sue
