Colored Sunflowers

 Hey Everybody,

We're going to be coloring sunflowers today. Nancy's choice for featured stamper this week is Katy. Find the challenge here.

My inspiration from Katy's gallery is here.

I dry embossed the sunflower onto petal pink paper. On the debossed side I used early espresso and pulled it across the paper. Then I colored the flowers and leaves with Stampin' Up watercolor pencils. Once colored, I used my Stampin' Up blender pen to blend the colors. Then I die cut Hugs using early espresso and petal pink cardstock. I layered them together.

If you've never tried to watercolor with watercolor pencils before, this is the time to try this. These pencils make it so easy to color images. Then you color over your image with a blender pen and your image looks amazing!
The supplies I used for this card are below. Just click on the blue words. You will see descriptions of these items and prices. Don't forget we have FREE SHIPPING through Friday.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thanks for stopping by. I truly appreciate it.
Blessings,
Sue
