No Colored Embossing Powder? No Worries Check This Out

 Hey Everybody,

I'm back again today with another card. Before I show you the cards did you know that you can make it look like you have different colored embossing powders? Here's how.

1. Put stamp into versamark ink.    2. Put stamp into regular ink.

3  Stamp on your paper.

4. Pour clear embossing powder over stamping

5. Tap off the embossing powder.

6. Heat embossing powder with heat tool.

7. You will have your stamped image heat embossed and it will look like you have colored embossing powder.

Here is a card I made that needed to be heat embossed for a challenge. I followed the instructions I left here, to get the fresh freesia colored sentiment.

Sabrina's challenge was to use the tic-tac-toe board. I chose the top row, cute critter, heat embossing and dots. You can find her challenge here.

I stamped, colored and die cut the cutie pie. I stamped with versamark then fresh freesia so the clear embossing powder would stick and I'd have a colored sentiment to match my card. I punched the shape out and colored it with Copic Markers. I added the mouse with dimensionals.

Keywords: MMTPT898 get well
Stamps: SU-Unbounded Love, Colorado Craft Company-Be Creative Mini
Paper: white, fresh freesia, Thoughtful Journey designer series paper
Paper Size: A2
Ink: memento tuxedo black, versamark, fresh freesia
Accessories: Be Creative die-Colorado Craft Company, Sign Design punch-SU, dimensionals, silver highlight pen-Marie's, Copic Markers, clear embossing powder, heat tool
Techniques: coloring, die cutting

Check out the tic-tac-toe board and find a combination of three things in a row that you can incorporate into a card.  Make sure someone receives your card. You'll make their day.
Thanks for stopping by.
Blessings,
Sue
