What's a Shutter Card?

 Hey Everybody,

The challenge is an Inspiration Challenge which can be found here. I made a shutter card for this challenge.

The video I used is from Lisa's Stamp Studio. It is easier than it looks.

Here is the pretty ribbon used for this card. It is Misty Moonlight with silver edge.

This is one of those cards that is a WOW for the person who receives it. When I finished it I played with it like a kid would because I was amazed at how it worked and that I made it and it worked. LOL

Give it a try, you'll be amazed at how easy it is to make.
