2026 Back-to-School Tax Holiday Information
There are sales tax holidays for school supplies in select U.S. states and Puerto Rico during July and August. The list of items below will be either state tax-free or subject to a reduced tax rate during the holiday period. Please note that you must place your order with Stampin' Up! during the tax holiday period to receive these items tax-free (from midnight local time on the first day through midnight local time on the last day of the holiday). Keep in mind that this is a state sales tax holiday and may not apply to additional county, city, or special jurisdiction taxes. The following states have suspended participation this year: GA, LA, NJ, and WI.
