Challenge, Cards, Challenges

 Hey Everybody,

Our site for inspiration today is Jean Haines Watercolor Inspiration. You can find the challenge here.
Here is the inspiration for my card.

I die cut my crumb cake and designer series paper and layered them. I die cut the two flowers, leaves and sentiment strip. There is a half designer series paper circle inside along with a pocket for a gift card or cash.

Keywords: IC1082
Stamps: Scalloped Blooms
Paper: crumb cake, peach, cajun craze, old olive, white, Glow of Harvest-SU Aug. product of the month
Paper Size: 3 1/4" 4 1/4' folded
Ink: cajun craze
Accessories: Scalloped Blooms dies, brown dots
Techniques: die cutting

Now and then I like to make something a bit different for a card.

I had a fun day with my son today. We were at the Medina Collector's Fair at the Medina Fair Grounds.

That's my son in red. He's really upgraded his displays. The table banners are new and I think they look amazing. He used to just sell hockey and baseball cards. Since his daughter and wife have gotten interested in Disney cards, he's added those and so much more to his inventory.
All of the displays to the left of the display case are Disney, Dreamworks, and so many other kinds of cards.  We waited on a sweet girl about 4 who was in love with the princesses. She picked out just the right one! It reminded me of my granddaughter. She has her  favorites also.

That first locked case is filled with higher end Disney, Dreamworks and other assorted cards. This isn't just for kids, we had an adult woman purchase almost $200 worth of cards.

This photo is my son working with a customer in the baseball section. The two sections of the locked case that you can see are filled with baseball or hockey cards.

This is our small display of hockey pucks from the Monsters and Columbus Blue Jackets. He has lots more at home and displayed a QR code so people could see which hockey pucks he has.

You can see he has all of the hockey teams in the box on the left and the Blue Jackets in the box on the right.

We had two tables today. Next weekend at Great Northern Mall, we'll have three.
In the baseball section next to the case, he has a whole box of Guardians cards. I have to admit, I can't keep up with who is a current player and who isn't! LOL
