Cherry Blossoms

I can't remember a time I've stamped with such beautiful results. I love this cherry blossom stamp from the new hostess set called, Garden Silhouettes. I couldn't wait to get this set and play with it. Both of these cards were made by coloring the stamp with ruby red and artichoke markers. The card on the bottom was the first stamping, the card on the top was the second stamping which is a bit muted and still very pretty I think. The card on the left has so saffron for the base with cheesecloth in saffron, french script in ruby red. white, artichoke, ruby red, and black layered on saffron.
The card on the right is an amethyst background with friend cuttlebug template. white and artichoke cardstock.
I can't wait to play some more with this set.
Looking at this set reminds me of Washington D.C. in the spring. It is the most beautiful place to see. I went as an 8th grader and have never forgotten how beautiful it was.
