So I was browsing through the blogs I've found on SCS and came upon Kim Wilson's blog.In it she showed how to do these medallions. I loved the look of this with today's color challenge on SCS. The challenge was banana, caramel and real red. Basically the medallion is made by taking a 2" square and using your wrought iron punch on each corner. Then pull each corner in and tape. The add a 1" or a bit larger circle for the center. She used monogram letters but I love the tiny sayings I have on these. I also used watercolor minis the tulip stamps to make the flower in the center. Both pieces are distressed with the SU distressing too. The red is crimped. Eyelets added and you're good to go.
