Today we taught a friend how to do the shaving cream technique. I have to tell you that if you use a bone folder to remove the shaving cream and ink mixture, don't let it sit on the bone folder for long, or you will change the look of that bone folder. (Ask me how I know!) LOL My son, Ben used the same colors several times in a row, so the bone folder had ink on it for a while. When he went to wash it off, guess what, it didn't come off! Now it looks like a marbled bone folder. Oh well, I'll have a wonderful memory of what we were doing when I see that bone folder.

Tonight I had fun after my DD gave me a box to use as a template. I made my own box using card stock and scrapbooking paper. I also made a card and envy holder using snowflake spot stamps. I was participating in SCS's Inspiration Challenge this week.

I love the colors you used for the shaving cream technique. Makes me think of orange sherbert and vanilla ice cream! And you'll have a pleasant reminder with your bonefolder too. ;)
In addition, I especially like the snowflake spot stamp card. Very nice.
I think the bone folder looks awesome! I think it would be great for a class! Each participant will buy a bone folder, use it for the technique, then have a cool, one of a kind bone folder!
I love all these cards, but I think I like your pretty new bone folder best of all!!! Now I want mine to have a marbled look!!! : )
