Tonight my upline sent me a pattern for a card box. I made it using groovy guava paper and the new Secret Garden Scrapbook paper and stickers. Oh my, is this paper ever gorgeous!! As I was looking at the name of this paper I started to think of the movie The Secret Garden. It was a place to get away to for enjoyment, peaceful time and recharging. It got me to think about if I have such a place in my life. I think my stamping room is my place of peace and recharging. Although it's NOT a secret place, I find such enjoyment in that place. I've reorganized my work space now with a new paper holder that was given to me by my upline. It was interesting all the things that happened after that. Things got moved around and changed around and are even more organized and workable than before. Here's a picture of my work space; my secret garden.

Along with Secret Garden, here is a picture of the card holder I made tonight. It will hold 10 cards and 10 envys. Let me know what you think, okay?

That's a really cute card holder!! How many cards and envelopes will it hold?
That's a great card holder. It would make a wonderful gift. I've been delivering meals on wheels this month and realized how Seniors have special people in their lives (cleaning people, nurses, children, grandchildren, etc.) that they would love to have bday cards to give to but they can't get to the store to buy them, so I'm making one special gentleman a packet of cards for him to have on hand. This would be a good type of packet to hold them.
By the way, I call my stamping room, my "happy place". No one can come in and give me grief when I'm in my "happy place". :D
loving your card holder and your secret garden, the first thing I saw was your stampin up ink caddy!!brilliant!
