Snow, Snow and MORE SNOW with Stamping!

So here in Cleveland, we've gotten lots of snow and yesterday there was so much snow we couldn't go anywhere. So it was perfect for me since I needed to make some things for our Family Fitness Night this Thursday. It is to raise money for the American Heart Association. We have all sorts of things for families to do together. Teachers and Staff sign up to help out at this event. I am helping at a station with my two kids. I am also the unofficial photographer at the school, so it gives me a good reason to walk away from my station and let the kids run it!
I got a lot of things made for this event. There will be a raffle and all proceeds will go to the Heart Association.

This is a mini notepad stapled inside of a tiny matchbook that I covered in designer paper. I made it into a purse so there would be a handle on it to make it easier to pull out of a purse. It will be donated to our prizes for the American Heart Association. We're having Family Fitness Night with a raffle to raise money and awareness on health and fitness at our school. I used the wide oval punch and the word window punch for the words. The ribbon is attached inside.

I altered this box to make it a winter box instead of a Christmas box. I stamped snowflake cards to go inside of it. It will be donated to our prizes for the American Heart Association. We're having Family Fitness Night with a raffle to raise money and awareness on health and fitness at our school.

This is one set of 4 cards that will be donated to our prizes for the American Heart Association. We're having Family Fitness Night with a raffle to raise money and awareness on health and fitness at our school. I used the emboss resist technique on it. I stamped using Snow Swirled and embossed in white glitter ep. Then used a brayer over the card with Pacific Point ink. I found that by going over the card twice from corner to corner and turning the cardstock and continuing in this fashion gave me great coverage without brayer lines. I stamped in pacific point and used my scallop circle and my 1 1/4" circle to make the layered flower. I put the flower on with a dimensional.

This is another 3x8 bound notebook. It will be donated to our prizes for the American Heart Association. We're having Family Fitness Night with a raffle to raise money and awareness on health and fitness at our school.

This is the inside of the Chocolate List notebook. It will be donated to our prizes for the American Heart Association. We're having Family Fitness Night with a raffle to raise money and awareness on health and fitness at our school.

This is a gorgeous card from RobinMichelle for my birthday. Thank you Robin for taking time out of your day to make my day!

This is a sample of a card we will use for our February Card Ministry. It is simple but elegant I think. It is embossed in gold ep. It is a stamp that was donated to me for our Card Ministry. Stamped in versa mark then embossed with gold ep.

This notebook was stamped on each page to make a Things To Do book. It will be donated to our prizes for the American Heart Association. We're having Family Fitness Night with a raffle to raise money and awareness on health and fitness at our school. This is an old, old stamp that was donated to our Card Ministry.

This is the inside of the shopping List notebook. Inside is stamped top and bottom so this can be used to anything from shopping lists, to lists of things to do. It will be donated to our prizes for the American Heart Association. We're having Family Fitness Night with a raffle to raise money and awareness on health and fitness at our school.

This is a post-it note holder. It will be donated to our prizes for the American Heart Association. We're having Family Fitness Night with a raffle to raise money and awareness on health and fitness at our school. I stamped on the cardstock then inserted it into the picture frame. Then I added a pen and post-it note. Pretty easy! The neat thing is too, you can stamp with a new favorite set and change out the background!

This is a simple but pretty card that our Card Ministry made Friday. This is similar to Dawn's cards found here:
http://dawnsstampingthoughts.typepad...e-masking.html
Thanks Dawn for the starting point for these. I did these in white and pink. When I cut out the scallop circles from the white cards, I used those inside these pink cards. They were mounted with dimensionals. I think they make such a striking card.

This is a card we stamped at Card Ministry Friday. I used different cuttlebug backgrounds behind these. This is the music notes. Just got this butterfly set and had fun playing with it. I wanted this to be an uplifting and bright colored card.

This is a card we made at Card Ministry for those in our church going through a hard time. It is green galore stamped on glossy card stock. Hunter paper backs it then burgundy card back. I used the window punch for the saying. Gold, square brads were used in alternating corners.

This is the paper cube I stamped with one of my all time favorite sets, Roses in Winter. It will be donated to our prizes for the American Heart Association. We're having Family Fitness Night with a raffle to raise money and awareness on health and fitness at our school. I stamped in pretty in pink, ruby red and regal red with sage leaves.

This is a shopping list book that will be donated to our prizes for the American Heart Association. We're having Family Fitness Night with a raffle to raise money and awareness on health and fitness at our school. I covered 3x8" cardboard with designer paper and stamped on it and edged it in Pomegranate ink. I stamped each page inside and bound it all with the Bind It All. Very easy project.

I used a larger template and my own card to make a new set of envelopes for these four cards that I made for our raffle at our Family Fitness Night for the American Heart Association at work. I was looking for any paper that had red in it so none of them match.

So you can see what I do when we have to stay inside and not go out and shop or run errands! LOL
I also took some pictures of the snow in our area. You get to see why we just LOVE winters in Cleveand, OH!

Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you are stamping and healthy. I have a cold and really just want to sleep but so much to do. Isn't that the life of a mom? LOL
