This morning 15 minutes before we were to leave the house, Sarah Annie got sick. She said she felt better after that and didn't have a fever but I made her stay home, the mean mom I am! She wanted to go to see the school talent show today. She bargained for going tonight if she was better and we could work it out.
Well tonight just as I came in the door, I heard a thud..........I ran to see what happened and it was Sarah on the floor, not knowing how she got there. She got dizzy and fainted.
Now after letting her lay there then sit there, we moved her to the family room. She wasn't responding to me so I had Tim help her since I can't do that stuff anymore.
She hadn't had much to eat except chips and a few cookies, no water or juice like I'd instructed either. She felt better tonight after eating dinner and drinking water or juice all evening. We'll see what her morning brings.
Ben came home from school and went straight to bed. By the time I got home he had a fever of 102. Poor guy he looked awful and said he felt awful. Gave him Tylenol and made him take out his contacts and go to bed. I didn't hear from him at all tonight. I checked on him, but he was sound asleep. He told me to set his alarm before I went to bed. I told him he wasn't going to school with a fever tonight. Guess it was the fever talking.
So now I'm praying that Tim and I stay healthy. I got a wonderful offer from a member of our church. She is selling wonderful chocolates Sunday and wanted to know if the Card Ministry would like to sell cards to go with them. God is good isn't He? The BEST part is I have card ministry Friday so we can make lots of Valentines and all sorts of other types of cards for this.
I plan on donating most of the money we make to Remember Nhu and our Senior High Peru Trip.
Today one of my friends became a first time grandma. Congratulations Jan on the birth of your grandson!
Glad to hear mom and baby are doing fine.
I am making lots of pinwheel cards to sell Sunday for Valentine's Day.
I know I've been blessed greatly by God. I'm praying that tomorrow at work is a better day. I had a lousy day and needed to take Excedrin a couple of times today.
Thank you for stopping by.
Blessings,
This is a place where I can share my love of family, stamping and the Lord.

I hope that all of you feel better real soon! My family has been pretty healty this winter. That is until this morning. Dide (pronouced Dee-da) my kindergartener stayed home from school with a fever. Right before noon the nurse from the middle school called and said that Bradley had a sore throat and fever of 101. By then Dide had fallen asleep. Good thing that my husband came home for lunch so I could pick up Bradley. Whatever the illness is, I hope it moves quickly through our house.
