I also am preping for a workshop tomorrow evening. I'm excited about it since I love the projects I'll be doing.
Here's a peek at what I'm going to be demonstrating.
This card is one I made but didn't make the cut. I love this stamp and coloring it. This was colored with a blender pen and ink from the lid of an ink pad.
I used the gorgeous designer paper Mocha Morning with the flocking on one side of the designer paper. I punched out circles with the triple layer flower punch and cut the circles in half so they look like bows. I know this isn't new but I just got my punch and loved the look with the silver glitter paper.
This is a card I made using the technique called Acrylic Distress. You run your paper through the cuttlebug with an embossing folder then paint it with acrylic paint. When dry sand it with a sanding block then use a distress ink over it. Where you've sanded the paper the distress ink will stay.
Isn't this just the sweetest looking cat? This is Sam, our almost brainless cat. He's a sweetie but doesn't have much left between his ears. LOL Poor guy, he's had illnesses on and off and each one seems to take more gray matter. He's a totally different cat. He sleeps on the hard tables here in my craft room. He's just such a lap cat though and oh so sweet.
Here's a card I will demo tomorrow evening. I like the fact that it's quick and easy.
Well Ben's off to the Believe Weekend. He is a Sr. High counselor for this Jr. High trip. He teaches the 7-8th grade JR. High guys so he was looking forward to going with them on this life-changing trip.
I can't wait to hear all that happened.
Well, it's time to get some sleep. I'm back to work for one more day then the workshop for Jane.
Saturday my sweetie and I are going to Dayton. He's picking up fish and I'm going to the garage sale at SIMPLY SCRAPBOOKS

Oh, my! So pretty! These have really got some impact. They must have been a hit at your workshop. Love your Sam, too. He looks like a sweetie and it's nice that he keeps you company while you're crafting.
