It's not strep which amazed me. I was sure that's what I had, or sinusitis. She said it was allergies. She said ragweed in in full swing and it's a month early. She prescribed some things for me and I walked glumly to the pharmacy section. My ears hurt, my throat hurt, my head hurt from coughing, yuck! I took the medicine and some lunch and went to sleep. By the time I woke up, I did feel a little bit better. I was surprised!
I had a tough night, because I kept coughing, and ended up sleeping in a Lazy-Boy chair downstairs so I wouldn't keep Tim up with all the coughing. Supposedly one of the prescriptions she gave me was to help the coughing so I could sleep.
Here's the frame my twin sister gave me for Christmas. I finally got a picture in it of us and hung it in my craft room where I'll see it each day.
This is in honor of Charlene who was one of the Queens honored in Queen For The Day Challenge on SCS. When I saw her card, I just had to make one.
Here's Charlene's card that I used for my inspiration.
Wednesday is my 20th Wedding Anniversary and Tim and I will celebrate by going to Amish Country to a Bed and Breakfast for a few days. I can't wait. I'm praying that I'm much better by then so I can enjoy it.
I came across a song that really was just what I needed to day. Take a listen. It is I Need You by Plumb.
Thanks for stopping by today. I'm going to go try to get more rest.
Blessing of the Day: I'm feeling better and got to talk to Ben last night.
Thanks for stopping by.

Hope you're feeling better soon! All of my kids had a sore throat and fever last week. Being sick is not fun - especially in the summer! ... Happy Anniversary!!!
