A Day For Therapy

Today I was called a therapist by several ladies.  Kinda fun huh? Well, I went to the school where I volunteer and made cards with several ladies.  Here are the cards they made:

I had so much fun showing them things that are trendy right now like, file folder cards, sunburst cards, a card using washi tape and the last card was a quilt card.
Here are a few cards I made for challenges at SCS.
This card is two challenges in one.  The first was to make a flower card.  The second one was to use the colors, cherry cobbler, old olive and sand.

I stamped in versamark twice on cherry paper. I stamped the leaves with versamark on olive ink and embossed in gold embossing powder. I cut out the flowers and layered the smaller one on top of the larger one. I added leaves with dimensionals. I used my sand ink pad and inked directly to the edges.

On of the challenges we had was to make a card using a fairy tale to inspire it. This card used that challenge as well as the sketch challenge today.
My fairy tale is, The Prince and the Dragon, found here:
This is for sketch challenge and Hope You Can Cling To challenge. For the Hope challenge, we were to make a card using a fairy tale. I stamped and colored the dragon. I added gold paper behind the dragon for the royalty of the prince. I think this is a cute dragon.

I saw this on FB and thought it was cute.  Maybe you need a cute moment in your day.

Blessing of the Day: I got to give therapy to some good friends.
Thank You for stopping by.
Blessings,
