Friday Was Fun Day!

Today was our first stamping afternoon at PHCA.  I make three cards and a 3-D item once a month and the staff signs up to participate.  Today we had 4 ladies making cards.  Here are three of the things we made.

We made this cute owl gift card holder.  You lift the beak and inside is a pouch to put your gift card.

This is the mini-magazine holder we made.  It's a cute idea for gift giving of cards and envelopes.
This card we made using Stampin' Up's set Seasonally Scattered.  We did the baby wipe technique and made our own ink pad so that multiple colors could be on this.
Saturday Jan and Jane and I are getting together to stamp and this is one of the cards we'll make in our shoe box swap.  Love doing this so we get different ideas and we come away from our time together with 4 new cards.
This is a card I made using Lovely As A Tree by Stampin' Up and a challenge on Splitcoast.  We had to make changes to a card we saw, but keep the general card idea the same.  I love the border I used to finish off this card.
This is a card I made for Splitcoast's sketch challenge this week.  It was a difficult layout for me.  I like the way it came out for the most part.

This is a card I made for  Splitcoast where I had to add lines to the image so I added extra black lines to the base of the flowers.  It actually looked pretty good to me. LOL

Here's a new song called Messengers.  Give it a listen.

Gotta get things ready to go to Jan's tomorrow to stamp.
Blessing of the Day: Stamping with ladies from PHCA.
Thank you for stopping by today.
Blessings,
